Holy Mother of Makeup is a modern, empowered, vegan & cruelty-free makeup line. Cynthia Hernandez, makeup artist and visionary of the line, has traveled the world with her artistry from fashion weeks to International Weddings. She had a dream of a line that focused on the elegance in the Latina culture. You can join her on the mission of making a difference with every purchase of HMM. The Beauty Makeup Movement’s purpose is to recognize that we are enough and that we will get through life together by unifying and empowering each other.

The launch of the Holy Mother of Makeup brand and Divine Intervention collection marks the first time a campaign showcases and embraces the uniqueness of Latinas, including different body types, nationalities, professions, and skin tones. It brings them together for the common goal to empower each other and celebrate their uniqueness, while all utilizing the same HMM Divine Intervention eye shadow palette.
14 Latinas unified to help bring this dream to life. It focused on their individual perspective of their Latina experience and pride. Join them by making your own social media video stating what being Latina means to you and #hmmovement #soylatina
The launch of the Holy Mother of Makeup brand and the Divine Intervention collection marks the first time a campaign showcases and embraces the uniqueness of Latinas. We wanted to include different body types, nationalities, professions, and skin tones. The purpose was to showcase and celebrate our diversity and unique beauty, all while utilizing the same HMM Divine Intervention eye shadow palette. To launch a new perspective, we began the #hmmovement & #soylatina movement to encourage our consumer to make a video that details their individual perspective on what it means to be a Latina.

WE GIVE BACK
We are making a difference through beauty. 10% of the net proceeds of the Sofia Lipstick, named after Cynthia’s granddaughter, who has autism, will always be donated to Any Baby Can. The mission of Any Baby Can is to serve families with children and youth facing serious health or developmental challenges. They have a tier-focused approach, whose mission is to empower the child without losing the family by focusing on the entire family unit’s needs. In serving the family, they serve the child. With every purchase made, the consumer is making a difference.
To support our community during the Covid-19 crisis, we are also donating 10% of the net proceeds from the entire launch of the Divine Intervention collection to the San Antonio Food Bank. Our core philosophy is to be a brand that is in the fabric of our community.
